The Web Publishers Association (WPA) was founded by a group of industry veterans who united to create an organization dedicated to benefiting web publishers worldwide. Our Board of Directors consists of these seasoned professionals, all of whom volunteer their time and expertise without financial compensation. Each board member made a significant financial contribution to cover the initial costs of establishing the WPA, underscoring their commitment to the organization’s mission.

Anne Moss
President, Chairperson of the board, Founding Board Member

Anne Moss brings over 25 years of expertise in web publishing to the WPA, specializing in content creation and business scaling. She’s well known for her diverse portfolio of successful websites achieving over 500 million site visits. Anne excels in creating content that leaves a lasting impact and is dedicated to building a supportive web publishing community, as evidenced by her blog, Yeys.com, and extensive mailing list. With a unique perspective shaped by early experiences in the industry, Anne prioritizes evergreen strategies that provide lasting value to her audience.

Tony Hill
Vice President, Treasurer and Founding Board Member

With 19 years of experience in the industry, Tony Hill is well known for his expertise in driving traffic from major players like Google, Google Discover and Pinterest. Having generated over 8 billion page views, Tony demonstrates profound strategic insight and a strong commitment to supporting site owners.. Despite being a total introvert, Tony finds fostering connections and exchanging insights within the online community deeply and personally rewarding. 

Zac Johnson
Secretary, Board Member

With 27 years of industry experience, Zac Johnson brings valuable expertise in site content creation, SEO, and monetization strategies. Passionate about leveraging Amazon and social media for maximum earnings, Zac has spoken at over 25 conferences globally and generated over 50 million organic site visitors. His guidance has empowered thousands of blog readers and students to earn millions online. Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time with dogs, playing basketball, and collecting valuable comics.

Shane Dutka
Board Member

Shane Dutka has 9 years of web publishing expertise, distinguishing himself as a dynamic leader in digital marketing with a specialization in SEO and content strategies. . Known for his ventures in D2C e-commerce and affiliate marketing, Shane has built and sold multiple 6 and 7-figure websites. As the VP of SEO at Three Ships, he oversees SEO, digital PR, and M&A strategy for a portfolio of over 50 review and media websites. His achievements include starting and selling 6 blogs for over $2 million each and scaling blogs from $30K to $200K monthly. Fun fact about Shane: His SEO journey kicked off with an article titled How to Wear Bow Ties with Suits.

Jon Dykstra
Board Member

Jon Dykstra has 14 years of experience in content publishing, focusing on websites, newsletters, and social media. He’s spent 12 years in full-time online publishing, culminating in achieving Premiere status with Mediavine. Before fully embracing the internet, Jon dreamed of earning a living writing non-fiction books, which made his transition to niche content sites and email publications a perfect fit.

Yoyao Hsueh
Board Member

Yoyao Hsueh is a specialist in topical authority, topical maps, content strategy, as well as affiliate and content sites. In his 6 years of experience in the web publishing industry, his achievements include creating hundreds of topical maps for businesses of all sizes and significantly increasing site earnings from $20 to over $10K monthly. Beyond SEO, Yoyao has also appeared in films and TV shows - making him one of the only (if not the only) SEO Specialists with a showbusiness background!

Laura Peters
Board Member

With a decade of experience in the blogging industry, Laura is the CEO of Scale Your Travel Blog, offering courses and communities for travel bloggers. As the host of Travel Blogging Summits, Laura connects and empowers bloggers worldwide, helping thousands transform their websites into sustainable income sources. This commitment to excellence and growth has earned the Scale Your Travel Blog accolades as well as  over $1 million in annual revenue within just 2 years. Despite taking five years to earn her first penny, Laura transformed setbacks into opportunities, developing the strategies she now shares with her community.


Kyle Kroeger
Board Member

Kyle has transitioned from a decade-long career in finance to becoming a full-time traveler and creator over the past 5 years. He has been featured on prominent platforms like CNN and Travel + Leisure for his expertise in crafting authentic experiences and documenting them through travel videography and photography. As the founder of ViaTravelers, Kyle has developed a team dedicated to sharing authentic travel stories and advocating for sustainable travel. Over the past 3 years, he has captured over 60,000 images and videos of his travel experiences, visiting 12 countries and 12 US national parks with his daughter before she turned 1 year old, followed by a move from Minneapolis to Amsterdam, where he now lives full time. 

Casey Botticello
Board Member
With 15 years of industry experience, Casey Botticello is an accomplished entrepreneur operating a diverse portfolio of over 40 sites spanning various niches. One of his most well-known projects is Blogging Guide, an online community for writers where he shares digital marketing insights gained from his experimental sites. Casey's achievements include being awarded the Substack Independent Writer Grant for his subscription newsletter. A testament to his expertise, Casey built a blog from scratch as a case study, scaling it from $0 to over $25,000 per month within just over a year.
Adi Vaxman
Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years of experience, Adi Vaxman specializes in founding, growing and scaling organizations. Her achievements include founding a non-profit and raising $8 million within the first 3 months, transforming a non-profit from $50 million in annual losses to profitability, and managing numerous technology companies in the media, publishing, and programmatic space. Adi's expertise with managing business processes, as well as building successful non-profits and organizational cultures that thrive makes her insights invaluable to our team. Beyond her professional life, Adi enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her dog and five cats. 

Shani Kedem
Director of Operations & HR

With over 10 years of experience, Shani excels in operations and human resources management, adept at refining processes and navigating organizations through transformative changes for better performance. Drawing on her family's legacy of business leadership, she skillfully blends strategic foresight with a hands-on approach. Shani values quality time with her fur-baby and family, as well as pursuing continuous learning and skill enhancement opportunities.

Sammie Bank
Administrative Assistant

With 12 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, and education, Sammie is a skilled professional who excels at providing exceptional administrative support, managing projects, and optimizing schedules with meticulous attention to detail. Known for her commitment to quality and ability to effectively multitask, Sammie consistently delivers excellent results. Outside of work, Sammie is a mom of three living in Nashville, Tennessee.
